We produced a family testimonial video for Medtronic’s MiniMed 780G insulin pump system, as part of their international patient interview series for Medtronic Europe. Nimrod and his family share their personal journey with diabetes and the impact MiniMed 780G has had on their daily life – a production that required remote coordination, global crew collaboration, and strict visual consistency across all filming locations.

Real Stories, Global Production, One Consistent Voice

Producing a patient testimonial series across multiple international locations – while maintaining visual consistency, emotional authenticity, and medical sensitivity throughout – is a complex production challenge. We had to coordinate remote filming, manage global crews, and ensure every interview felt personal and genuine while still meeting Medtronic’s strict brand and compliance standards.

Putting the Family at the Center of the Story

We built the production around Nimrod and his family’s daily reality – capturing their routines, their emotional journey, and the moments where the MiniMed 780G makes a genuine difference. B-roll footage was chosen specifically to show the product’s impact in real-life situations, and family moments were included to add warmth, relatability, and emotional depth to the story.

This testimonial is part of a five-video campaign produced for Medtronic Europe, featuring both patients and healthcare professionals. Together, the series builds trust through both personal experience and expert insight – creating a multifaceted narrative that speaks to both heart and mind, deployed at trade shows, product launches, and digital channels worldwide.
