We traveled to Big Spring, Texas, to produce a customer testimonial video for Mobideo during a large-scale industrial turnaround involving thousands of workers. Our crew flew in from Israel and worked alongside local contractors over four intensive days, filming on the production floor, capturing drone footage, and conducting in-depth interviews with workers in the field. The result is a raw, story-driven testimonial that puts real human voices at the center.
Shooting inside an active industrial turnaround facility meant navigating strict safety protocols, coordinating access to a sensitive site, and working in temperatures that dropped to -4 degrees Celsius. We needed to capture genuine, unscripted moments from workers without disrupting a complex live operation, all while maintaining full production quality from thousands of miles away from our home base.
We built the production around a hybrid crew model, core team from Israel paired with local contractors who knew the terrain. We combined drone footage for scale, floor-level documentation for immediacy, and long-form interviews to let workers speak for themselves. The creative direction was clear: stay out of the way of the story and let the people and the place do the talking.
The finished testimonial video gives Mobideo a credible, human-centered asset for trade shows, product launches, and digital channels worldwide. It captures the genuine voice of industrial workers, complete with a real Texan accent, in a way that no studio production could replicate. The video communicates the impact of the Mobideo platform through the people who use it every day.
